Mellow Mushroom Opens Today!

The Mellow Mushroom in the Village of Providence will make a soft opening at 4 p.m. on Memorial Day, May 25, 2009. It is standard Mellow practice to make any new store opening on a Monday at 4 p.m., said Mark Holman, who along with his wife Diane are the owner's and operators of the Mellow Mushroom in the Village of Providence. The opening couldn't come any sooner, said David Slyman, developer of the Village. The anticipation for the opening has been overwhelming, to say the least. Everywhere we go, the most asked question is when is Mellow going to open. We are excited to finally have Mellow part of the Village of Providence and wish them much success.
