Village of Providence Designer Receives National Recognition!!!

Robert Martignoni, President of Building Science Associates (BSA), Inc. has been selected to be a contributing designer for Southern Living House Plans and Magazine starting in 2009. Martignoni/BSA is the designer of record for the Village of Providence Builder's Guild in Huntsville, Alabama and designed the 2008 showcase home currently under construction at Providence by B.T. Neely Construction for the 2008 Parade of Homes. BSA is also the designer of record for the Briar Chapel Builders Guild in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and for homes in the Midtown-Bryant development near Little Rock, Arkansas.

BSA specializes in traditional and historic style custom home designs and stock plans for individuals, builders and developers. The company was founded in Huntsville by Robert Martignoni in 1988 and has also just debuted their new "Simplicity Collection" of designs for modest sized historic stile homes on their website - Click here for BSA website
